JoikuSpot Linux version 1.2 has been released. Update is free and the new file can be received under App manager --> Update in your N900. Release notes: * IAP selection fix; show SIM related IAPs * Startup sequence updated, fix startup errors * Update/improve "Automatic WLAN scanner settings" dialog and settings menu * Improve opt-folder usage by removing kernel module form into opt-folder * Other minor fixes Your feedback is very much appreciated.

Not working for me with v1.2 - it would appear DNS is not working. I get an IP address on my XP laptop of 192.168.2.2 from the phone with DNS and gateway set to the phone's IP address of 192.168.2.1
I cannot resolve any names, i.e. PING WWW.GOOGLE.COM from shell states invalid address.
Any ideas?
Laptop works fine on any other internet connection, home wifi, hotel wifi, etc. No firewall software installed.
Joiku was practically one of the 1st pieces of software I installed on the phone after the 1.2 flash, so no other software to interfere.

I 'm not albe to enter a WEP key (funny - try to enter 5 chars - always the fifth is somewhat removed?!?) - but anyway.
I'm able to establish a WiFi connection between my iPad and the N900 - but that's it - I'm not able to surf or anything else...
Any hints? Thanks.
