White icons are included in theme. You need to reboot to make them appear.

Edit: to be more precice: tweakr just changes that value depending what setting you choose from it's configuration.

You did what I told you to do in first place; edit the snap to grid amount manually. All you did was you re-enabled my custom snap to grid setting and changed the grid size 16 pixels :P
conclusion: using the custom value of 16 we can have the ability to snap to grid icons, even in tweakr snap to grid is off. I think this will be a compromise to can rearange the icons from main menu!
