I am a bit concerned about VAT/Duty/Customs to order one directly from ebay.in... I think I will wait for some experiences from EU buyers before ordering then.
Also that "feature" that comes with the Aqua Fish, I am talking about the auto-send SMS every few hours, could be pretty expensive (I guess the phone sends an SMS to an indian number).

I ordered from ebay from the gentlemen below. It was shipped from india to the USA 1 week. Its a bit expensive but I have more money than sense. Overall very impressed with the phone.

Item arrived in good order, although Intex security seals opened presumably by DHL according to sticker, whom perhaps insist that device shipped with battery in situ in device. Proved impossible to remove DHL security tape from box without removing IMEI and product detail labels. At least lack of CE marking not an issue as yet but remains to be seen in future.
Pleased with initial rear camera result
