For me - I don't see *any big* difference between 600 and 800/900Mhz in terms of general GUI performance. I suspect that either my device is too loaded with apps/packages/widgets and thus the difference in speed change is negligible (i.e. it is too slow), or there are too *less* apps/packages/widgets and thus the speed change is negligible (i.e. it is too fast) .
I use Lehto 125-900/stockDSP kernel and I *DO* see great improvement of GUI performance and stuff ...

>=600 means smallest available frequency >= 600MHz

so only with letho's 250/500/625/720/900 kernel you would see that
the max after the phone call is 625MHz. can anybody confirm that?
Im using Lehto 125-900/stockDSP and I cannot confirm that - after phone call (both received and made by myself) the phone keeps scaling 125-900 just like before.

Idem, performance is very great.

Use this transition.ini and GUI is very very good and smooth!

I am experiencing the same as michalurban using Lehto 125-800. After a phone call, the overclock works just like before.

Titan, thanks for clarifying this.

Lehto, any chance of supplying your images fiasco-style? Would save some typing when doing an on device flash (no need to start softwupd and a new xterm window).

Thanks,
Corwin

EDIT: Mixed it all up, sorry Got it right now

as I wrote, only for kernels that have a 625 or 600 level a phone call will
reset the limit to 600MHz.
only this specific kernel by letho and my kernel are affected.
but qwerty12 seems to have found a workaround

The nice overclocking video I found in a Meego area seems to be gone from there, but I found it on Youtube:

There are other cool oc youtube videos. The author of this and others is slickyv.

i have 125-825 flashed the fiasco method.

niether incoming or out going calls resets the clocks.
it drops to 250 during the calls.
