Hi does anyone know what image background.png size you require to change the background of the media player home screen (usr/share/themes/YOUR THEME/mediaplayer)? I tried 800x480 and some other numbers but always seemed to end up with a deformed picture (sort of split up in the middle or something).

Try 800 x 424..

Could someone share the shiny avatars for contacts. I have the blue one but do not have yellow, green, orange, pink. The default ones are kinda boring in comparison. I have seen it somewhere on this thread before I think but finding it on 176 pages is going to take about two years.

Hey your avatar is exactly what I was referring to. I knew there was someone who had it as their avatar. I just need the other colors besides blue.

Some really cool avatars in the link you shared by the way. Will see if I can download them.

What sizes do I need to put in the hildon folders to replace default avatars? I think one is 64x64 but not sure. And what software do you guys use to resize?

The Gimp is open source image editing software and perfect in many cases not only for resizing! The avatars have 48x48, if you find good ones welcome to post them here...

Do you know what folder to place avatars so that it comes up when you change the avatar of a contact without having to do the browse option? There are 15 that come up to choose from. I can place avatars in a folder in My Docs folder but then having to browse each time would take a while. The first of the 15 has been replaced with your avatar (it is called general_default_avatar) but I don't know how to replace the other 14.

EDIT: Did a search in OpenSSH for avatar and seems files are in hildon 216x216 and called "general_avatar1" up to 15. Will replace these and see what happens.
