I am modifying the power button drop down menu,
i am using this method for putting what i want in
each selection box

but this opens the app in xterm and opens an xterm window as well as
the app,
what can i change to either just execute the app
or automatically close the xterm window after the app
has opened.
Maybe not the best example since htop runs in terminal haha
but i hope you get what i mean.

i uploaded the wrong instruction with it XD , download it again coz i uploaded the right ones in the new file i changed the link aswell so u can download the new file from my last post :P

I am having problems with my lock screen. I had a very old mod which I am trying to replace. I keep deleting it and replacing the lockslider.png with a new one (in /opt/usr/share/themes/alpha/backgrounds). When I replace my old lockscreen my new screen shows on the lock screen. However, each time I switch off my device and switch it back on (which is everyday as I have to charge my battery externally) the old lock screen comes back.

Does anyone know how I can permanently get rid of this lockslider.png which has just refused to go?

I am using WinSCP by the way. I have tried using midnight commander to replace or delate the file but I get a message saying cannot delete file, permission denied (13).

I stumbled on these social media beer cap icons. Thought the facebook and twitter ones looked quite cool and I am using the facebook one now (I don't use twitter). Here is the pack of icons if anyone is interested.

i had the same problem and it really started to annoy me but i think i have found a solution, have you got maenotify installed? if so i went to home/user/.maenotify and found that there is a lockslider.png in there i replaced that with the 1 i want to use then replaced the lockslider.png in all my thems restarted & all seems ok now..... let me know how it goes
