just realized that it's a catch22
If the kernel should ignore the default 125000 in pmconfig it would also
ignore the reset by the telephone app.
I'll try another workaround for the minimum.

also I doubt they enabled overclocking in PR.
if you look in the screen shot it says 2.6.28.10

One correction - I did a second look into PR1.0 and found reference to 'scaling_*' files in usr/share/policy/rules/rx51/policy.dresc.

Sorry for mistake.

My problem is a Next. I wanted a Kernel From 950mhz-500DSP And 1000Mhz-500DSP to test, equal to that I picked up here http://www.farahfa.com/n900-custom-k...rnelslehto-oc/
Problem is that Ali has no Major 500Mhz 930mhz.
Can you help?
I want a kernel that I Place by Flash and Stay permanent
I do not want to configure the X-editor.
You could post so I can download?

I have install letho kernel 125/900mhz , it was all ok , but i found some lag when i was playing angry birds , and in the photo application , to the rotation of the image (when i rotate the phone).
At the beginning i was thought that this was a problem of the overclocking, but i believe that finally is not. THE PROBLEM is the 125MHZ.
I am saying that because when i connect the phone with the pc (that means that the lower freq goes to 500mhz) all runs very smooth .
the rotation of the image is very smooth and the angy birds is no more laggy .
So i think that lathos should make a new kernel with 250/900MHZ

No need to make new kernel files, just edit the /etc/pmconfig so the part which says scaling_min_freq 125000 to scaling_min_freq 250000

Am i wrong or is ot the third time you post exactly this? once you wrote in spain or something like that. I definately find its SPAMMING! As you can often enough see moste people read all missed posts since their last visit, so i'm sure you don't have to post it all few minutes.... sorry, but thats bumping this threat more up than necessary (i know, this post too, but had to say it)
