Is anyone else amused that despite going with this whole 'noone needs a 4" screen' thing the first Meamo 5 video on the launch website frequently shows the screen much larger than 3.5"

I'm finding it hard to get excited. It kinda feels like being given your dream car and then finding out it doesnt come with an engine. *still praying for the tablet version*

I was playing with my n800 yesterday, and in full screen mode the URL bar and scroll bar in the browser take up about as much space as is lost here, so no complaints from me. Yes, I would like a 4" screen with a properly designed interface, but I think the experience on the n900 is going to be at least as good as it is on the 800.

Given the dimensions, does anyone know of a slider friendly car mount we can use with the N900?

Edit: I dont suppose anyone has got a copy of the PDF user guide do they?

Ive been trying to judge the reaction round the usual places and the net is going nuts over this device, huge reaction and mostly positive.

Nokia might have a winner. (please dont **** it up)

The device appears to be missing a CPU.

Hes saying, that if you watch the demo video none of it is actually done on the little phone screen.. Yeah its mostly done so peopleca n see what they are doing in the vid, but he finds it amusing that to show people how to use it they superimpose a hand infront of a MUCH bigger screen.

Edit: Summary, he wants a bigger screen. Loves the N900 but the lackof screen size is like a lack of engine in a sweet car.

Its the age old screen is too small complaint, evidently people can only handle literal similies. Oh well.

*Wanders off to find a company who will make a computer instead of a phone*

You're complaining about a marketing video.

Let me say that again.
