1.0 to 1.1, 4 months, no significant new features.
1.0 to 1.1.5, 13 months, no significant new features - still no video, no MMS
1.0 to 3.0 - 2 years to add Cut & Paste, Video recording (only on NEW hardware), & MMS.
What was your point again?
This is the BS that really pisses me off about these whine fests.

bye-bye losers, disappointment, hello freedom, n900 != phone, relax |
|
After switching from a HTC Diamond, I had to give up a superior keyboard layout, xda forum support, wider selection of apps, and 3g.
However even on 2.5g (AT&T), I find the N900 as a great internet tablet phone. It runs much faster than the Windows Mobile OS. Multi-tasking isn't new to me, but I do love the multi-desktop.
So what do I do? I bring both phones with me in my carry bag at all times. The backup HTC Diamond is for when my N900 is out of juice =).
I do hope that Nokia steps in to offer more support to our community, as it is much needed.
