Updated to the new version and I have to report that, personally, I HATE the new signal indicator. Why change something that was perfect before?
Also, the Sygic Mobile Maps icon was better before the update.
I also found a bug: the SENT folder in Modest (e-mail) has the icon for outgoing calls instead of what would be normal for "Sent".

find all satusarea_cell_levelx.png delete it it will revert back to the stock, or may be i just change the color.
2. i didnt messed up moblemaps icon from previous version, please post a screenshot. or maybe u didnt uninstalll be4 update.
3. general_sent.png tied up with rtcom-call-ui and modest.

nothing can be perfect since perfection itself is a relative term. great thing abt n900 is u can keep things exactly as u want. I love symbian anna iconset but there are quite a few i hate. Mostly in camera-ui, ugly as hell so i changed it to ones i wanted.

@cloud596 Thanks for the new update and all your hard work. Would it be at all possible for you to post screenshots of your updated/new icons? That way if people see them and don't like them, they can choose not to update.
Sorry for the noob question, but if I want to change an icon, how do I access /usr/share/etc etc Is that in xterm? Thanks

or you can do it in xterm by cd-ing to the directory
e.g: cd /usr/share/etc
then ls to explore that directory <----- its a small L
but the easiest way is filebox

I upload the good one. hope u like it.
place in /usr/share/icons/symbian-anna-icons/64x64/apps
then
resize to 48x48 place it /usr/share/icons/symbian-anna-icons/48x48/apps
