I've tried it with Widelands port.
It's cumbersome to hold device in one hand constantly covering/uncovering the sensor.
And what about left-handed people?

That said I think unit movement needs to be adressed first.. From what I can tell its only shortcoming is that a click is misinterpreted as a drag... perhap changing the sensitivy on this would work.
