I think our baas are probably sufficient. If anyone has access to an old sheep or cowbell (souvenir of a trip to Switzerland?) and would like to record a few bongs to go with the baas...
Then of course the sheepdog should have some woofs... and we could get into real cacophony.
(My experience of cow/sheep bells suggests more 'doink' than bong' actually)

Lassie, of course was the sheepdog par excellence. (We could move on to an underwater version called 'flipper' and a jumpy version called 'skippy'. )
I would also suggest "That'll do" which is a bona fide sheepdog command for when the task is complete. (As in "That'll do, Hopbeat" meaning "Well done, have a nice tasty dog biscuit")
