yeah sorry if I wasn't clear enough.
What I was saying is, maybe with a bluetooth usb adapter (like this : http://www.inspector-gadget.co.uk/blog_134.shtml) it will be possible to connect whatever USB peripheral

Heck, NTT Docomo's i-Mode (and other services) are partly based around being able to send photos to other phones easily. And it's a huge pull in Japan. Are they out of sync because they don't use e-mail for it?

it may be possible if someone writes a driver for it- but thats a big if and bluetooth is too slow..

Which does not make interoperability really working thing anyways :-)) I've found it almost certainly impossible to send MMS to another country and quite problematic to send to a different cellular operator.
