OK. Let me be clearer. Nokia is telling us that this is a computer/phone, computer first, phone second. Every computer I had has been able to access my corporate email. But this one does not................................

The Nokia N-Series is for multimedia... that's what it's always been designated for. Bringing enterprise business into the mix is not part of the deal. That's the E-Series.
Been that way for years.

I am, however, personally pissed off it doesn't support video calling via Skype out of the box. That's one of the main reasons I won't buy a N900.

if they dont, then am sure someone will do something - because remember, its open source
by the way, u didnt answer my previous question about how its a multimedia device

It plays music files, videos, allows access to the web, has Flash inside of a full-blown browser, takes pictures, can e-mail said pictures (via POP3 and IMAP) and supports Facebook, IM, and Skype.
Has a microphone, a speaker, and a screen. Those all say "multimedia"; the functions may be rough... but it does the above. My expectations stop there. The UI, the experience is all up to the user if they like it or not. And things that are lacking... it's up to the person if they're satisfied or not.
