Not to mention my N900 that is "new" and has yet another charger type (Requiring a Nokia supplied and over costed piece of kit) Whereas HTC use one type that is as the name suggest, 'universal.' I can use the cable of my portable harddrive to power up my HTC tytn2, or the cable from my Canon digital camera, or the USB cable that came with my SD card reader. I can plug it in my PC, the wall (via three pin connector), my Xbox, my Nintendo wii, even my car via the radio slot, cigarette lighters etc.
Nokia needs a three pin plug with adaptor and plugs take up more travelling space and have one use. A USB cable and plug has the ability to charge from all the above and charge any USB device. One cable ten devices.
