yes and also not open source.

also wp7 only supports snapdragon making it useless.

and worse than meego n9, cuz similar hardware n9 have better battery life and multitask.

Sure about that? This seems to say slightly otherwise...

An open platform for fast development

Order your board and get developing with the confidence that you are working with all the benefits of an open source eco system combined with easy access to drivers and Open GL ES resources in the Mali Developer Center.
That part seems to say something different. And as far as "open source" goes, none of the TI chipsets have been fully open. N810 didn't really get the open source drivers for the 3D - well, they "came" but they were not exactly optimized (years later).

also wp7 only supports snapdragon making it useless.
So far, that's the only chipset supported. But yeah... pretty useless. I wonder if APQ8064 will change all of that.

Did not know this.

Oh, excellent! Would you mind passing on a link to the source of those drivers.

[waiting until Hell freezes over]

In the meantime, here's some five month old reading material that I'm sure is no less relevant today.

That link above has the Mali GPU drivers. Be more specific please.

Exactly how I felt about the N810 drivers.

heh i was googling for n9 stuff and i found the "confidential" service manual. I'm not gonna post it here obviously. Just thought you guys would like to know removing the battery is step 26, meaning there's 25 chances to break it trying to get it out and back together
It seems to confirm wireless abgn and bluetooth 2.1 also, I know we had some conflicting info on that.

How about they simply run a GOOD BUSINESS and stop the pretenses that they're somehow improving their product with closed-source drivers of all things. Additionally, it's more than the UX and and drivers, as I recall. Wasn't there a LOT more closed-source involved in the whole basic system itself as well? (ala Maemo, which has PLENTY of closed-source)

so your are actually saying android and the HTC/SE/samsung drivers is fully open? you have to be kidding?! ahh maybe adobeflash is fully open also :O hell I must have missing something :O

well no one is using Hildon cause its heavily broken.

and btw if I remember correct people at TMO complained about hildon was not fully open anyway?
