Yes there is. The person is excluded from receiving PR1.2 indefinitely and will be able to keep posting to this thread.

So who chopped about 40 posts off this thread in the last hour? I've been running around a large field trying to catch a naughty goat for over 45 minutes and come back to find my last post which was #1991 has dropped back to #1951.

Maybe there is a 2000-post prevention system. When you get close, it resets the count.
