"Only in Finland = meaning the _invitation to the launch:, nothing else. All those who pre-ordered and live in Europe will get thei devices shipped starting this year. On top of this, all those who visit DNA stores starting early December will be able to buy one.

So to sum it up:
Launch event: 27th of November, invitations only to those who pre-ordered in Finland. 450 devices, sold only to those who pre-ordered.
Those who pre-ordered in Europe (incl. Finland) not able/willing to get to the launch (incl. all 3 options, I presume): will get an email (From DNA, at least in Finland) on how to get the device. Shipping starts this year.
Those who registered for pre-order outside Europe, as per Jolla in Twitter: “Right, that was to get the T-shirt and priority number. Shipping in outside of Europe has not been announced yet.”
All will be able to buy the device in DNA stores in Finland early December.
Am I missing something/someone?
