Sweet, thanks for the torrent program, the only bug I've noticed is when I click on the X to minimize the program to the tray(which works fine), but when I click on the icon to maximize the program it blanks out part of the desktop for a few seconds, I have noticed this behavior in Pidgin IM as well.

The installer i made does not work on 2007. I tried making a build which was bora (2007) compatible but it crashed during downloads. I might be able to workaround it by selecting different build options... i'll try that tonight.
Yep the icon does weird things... i would recommend shutting down program with the menu instead of x. Also, during 350mb dl to sd it froze for about a minute but came back and finished fine after that... might have been setting up the disk space.
All i intend to do is try to build 2007 version... i did not, nor really plan on, 'hildonizing' this... so if someone wants to do that, i think everyone, including myself, would welcome that.

Grr... 2007 build not running good... still crashing. Tried building with new vm (bora target)... still crashes. It looks fine until it needs to write something and thats what crashes it.
2007 users that are brave enough can install the build i did to see if you can get it to work on your device. Since it crashes for me i dont want it to be official release but you can grab the
* debug/test (crashy) * 2007 build here :
(see first post for links)
You will have to launch it from xterm with command :
transmission (for full gui), or
transmission-cli (for command line interface)
I see Serge had built a version for 2007 (i dont think he released it)... i'll ask him if his build works.
LosOutlandos, im not really sure about the ports... i would think there are two ports, one specified in the torrent file and the other (listening port) should be set in your transmission configuration file which is in hidden directory in /home/user/.transmission/gtk/prefs.ini

N800/2008OS
I installed and ran this last night. Simply amazing! I downloaded a .torrent file, opened it in Transmission which then pulled down the .rar flawlessly.
Thanks for making it available and I look forward to further slight tweaking. An OK button is mainly hidden though still accessible. Is this what you mean by Hildonizing?
