same goes for a video showing boot up (disappointed with the N86's cam tbh, can't record macro so the video will be VERY blurry)

It uses the same kernel you have installed, so if that supports overclocking just follow the same steps you would on Maemo.
It is possible to quad (or even quint) boot, I have Maemo, Eclair, Froyo, Fedora and Ubuntu running. You can boot as many operating systems as you want, as long as you have the partitions for the OSs.
