1. connect N810 to your compter with usb cable (use the one that came with the device)
2. copy the files the same way as your N810 was USB memory.
3. done

No extra software required.

Any folder... but you may want to keep them organized by having one folder (for example "Music") for music. (And can also have subfolders for different genres or artists... your imagination is the limit.)

Also you can create "Video" for videos, etc. It really is up to you what you want to do.

AFAIK: the Metalayer-crawler demon running in the N810 will find your new media files and create entires to the built in Media Player automatically.

Thanks for the help, one last question. Do i put these folders in the main directory?

Or do i put the "music" "videos" folder under the folder named "Maps" or ".apt-archive-cache" ?

You shouldn't add into folders that already exist in the memory card(s). Those are created by other applications and their own data. Just add your new media folders to the memory card root.

No... I don't think emailing will help anything...

Are you saying you can not create new folders to the memory card, or that you can not copy files from your PC to the memory card?

Just to make sure you do have your N810 tablet hooked up to a PC via USB cable. You should see the N810 2GB internal memory card as Removable Disk. Correct?

Procedure to create folders on memory card is the same as you were creating folder on your computer hard disk. (Like if you are in Windows File Manger in C:\ root, you just click File menu, select New, and then Folder... and there you go.) The only difference is that you need to open the Removable drive instead of local (C:\) drive.

Copying media files is just a simple Copy/paste, or Drag-n-Drop operation that you should be familiar with if you ever worked with computers in general.

The first problem is that i had to reset it, and the nokia instructer. So i did it, and the process deleted most of the programs that came with the Nokia n810 by itself. Is their a way to get those files back?
