proper filemanager with plugin support (plugins would be nice to add dropbox and etc support)
battery usage monitor
task manager (i hope daemon support would be out-of-box so we might need it to track what's running and option to kill processes to check memory usage and cpu and so on)
4square client(if official one wouldn't create their own)
and if there wwas no mention — proper mail client

HDR mode for camera app

Panorama mode for camera app

Lots of image filters (like instagram) for camera app and image edit app

Lots of different services for sharing images/video/music/files from gallery or other apps

22. Great maps and navigation apps
I hope they can license Nokia's Here maps/navigation apps. These are good quality and N9 version is Qt based (I assume) so it should not be too difficult to port. And if I recall right, Firefox OS already uses those so they should be possible to get.

Almost forgot: Seriesfinale. Or something similar.
