Relisted again due to Timewasters!

Buyer thought that requesting payment via Paypal was "dodgy"!

[rant]Eh? As a seller, I maintain that forcing me to accept PayPal is dodgy! Which is why I stopped selling on eBay when they made that change. And stopped you leaving negative feedback for buyers.[/rant]

The Buyer actually wanted to pay via PayPal - but I forgot to add the Paypal Option on the auction- was too late once it had finished.
I gave the guy my paypal details - which he felt was dodgy as was separate to the ebay transaction.

I even offered to cancel the auction and relist with a buy now at the winning bid with the correct payment options.

instead the buyer changed his mind then left me Neg Feedback claiming I was trying to complete the transaction out of ebay!

That's definitely dodgy (the buyer's reaction, that is).

One question: how did you manage to avoid having to list PayPal in the first place? I see you are in the UK where, as I understand it, PayPal is compulsory.

I didn't think it was possible either, I did it via ebay Mobile.. not sure how it happened though!
