You may reach those if you like to wait for the error msg but that takes a while...

For proposals without Talk thread you need to search for it by hand.
For proposals with Talk thread the links in the starting posts work.

I found myself stuck while loading the brainstorm main page. Everything else works fine for me.
Please try a work-around (that works for me) for the moment, load the page of an already setup proposal and start from there.
In working hours it is slow so be patient with the old server!
