Add it to "default" if you want the transitions in the default theme.

full path: /usr/share/themes/default

Note: Added also another revision of the file (Original Post)

So, if i don't like transitions, i can always delete that ini file and default transitions will be back, yes? Because i don't see transitions.ini in "default" theme folder, so i'm not overwriting it?

I have played a little with the trasitions and added the transition effect to the menu opening also not just the sub menu, hope you like it.

Add it to \usr\share\themes\"YourThemeFolder"\

EDIT

I have added another revision of the transition.ini file, not a big change but a little clean tweaks.

Change Log:
* Screen rotation duratoin transition decrease.
* banners fade in duration transition decrease.
* Sliding subview windows duration transition decrease.
Would be nice if you put instructions in the zip.

Thanks mahmood13, can you please tell me what is the right path to my ini file saved in Documents?
I know how to gain root, but i don't know the path to documents folder, i didn't play with linux terminal too much.
something like: cp *somethingsomething*/transitions.ini /usr/share/themes/default/transitions.ini, right?
Now, what is *somethingsomething*?

Ok so i placed the file in \usr\share\themes\"YourThemeFolder"\ and it doesn't do anything. If i place it in the "default" folder it changed to beta folder. And none of these folders have an original .ini file in there?? Anyway, it doesn't work for me...unless i did something wrong.

Make sure you name it transitions.ini and not transitions-1.ini (like the updated version is named).

Also reboot the device.

Code:
#cp /home/user/MyDocs/transitions.ini /usr/share/themes(whatever theme you're using)/transitions.ini
Or, if you're in MyDocs folder:

Code:
cp transitions.ini /usr/share/themes(whatever theme you're using)/transitions.ini
