i still don't get how the wallpaper is set for the portrait mode... i've set the wallpaper to 480x800 but still it doesn't show portrait properly

Config file and background in attached *.zip.
(Background is a self modified version of zifis creation.)
- no media/email widgets
- black battery font
- big time/date
- short unlock press time (300ms)
- 12hr time with no preceding zero
