For most countries, Paypal needs a credit card/debit card anyway... not to mention it then takes a huge chunk of money that is rightfully the developers.

I don't know about other countries, but in America, pretty much everyone over the age of 18 has at least 1 credit card.

It would be nice if someone would change the misleading title.. I was soooo happy when I saw the title as it seemed like there _is_ a level pack 2...

Classic example of arbitrary Nokia decision making. Couldn't just fallback to the no brainer of tagging with lat/lon if network isn't accessible, could you Nokia?
