Are you sure you only get 2hrs from your Nokia bl 5j because I can get like 6 to 10 really... and 800mAh? I thought it was 1200mAh

And what about connecting two BL-4S into a 1720 battery? It almost fits, it was said to be half BL-5J.

Oh I've been trying to find some manufacturer specs on charge rates. I known 1C is fine for rc LiPos.. Some 18650 have 0.7C as max.. and N900/bme uses 950mA.. which is about 0.7C for BL-5J.
The hardware itself is capable of charging at 1250, so either they picked 950 because that's the maximum achievable with 2mm charging system, and there's alot of wtf-ish emulating of 2mm system ontop of this proper charger inside N900... Or, it was picked because it's 0.7C and max for battery..
