I have the exact same issue, and no one seems able to give me an answer why it is available to some US users but not all.

But all your email is able to be threaded back to the associated contact, right? does nokia messaging play well with this functionality? I use nokia messaging on my 5800xm and have had no issues configuring it other that I wish that it would support my lotus notes corporate account.
