The software on your computer is apparently interfering with your ability to do the update. We don't know what software is on your computer, so we can't help terribly much, or I can't, anyhow. Perhaps you have an anti-virus program that is not allowing the update to take place?

If you don't know how to fix this, maybe you could temporarily get rid of the anti-virus software and see if the problem still exists. Or whoever installed the anti-virus software should know enough to help you.
