Be afraid, very afraid..

(I can almost bet these are a fake (very low voltage battery) with a Nokia battery label pasted on it)

If possible try to find a SIDO battery, I've got 2 and they're just abit under the original for battery life, and most times it comes with a battery charging station, you use your original power adapter to power it, and even sometimes comes with a USB charging cord as well.
Can they dammage my n800? 8$ shipped for 2 battery even if they aren't so good looks like a good deal to me...

Not sure if they'll damage your tablet, you can do a search to see if others damaged their's, my main point is I got one of those and I'm lucky to get about an hours use before the batt. dies. The 2 Sidos labeled ones are about 75% or so of the factory Nokia one.

Do these silicone skins allow use of the stand or does it get trapped inside it?
Thanks.

The stand is trapped. I don't care.

A question about the SIDO batteries and others. I got two of them with a charger and the charger works fine (so far), but the batteries are just a little too oversized and VERY difficult for me to get out of the n800; whereas the Nokia battery pops in and out easily. The batteries have not lasted as long for me, and I have thought that my taking out the oversized battery sometime might damage my n800 because of the need to do prying, so I stopped using them. Has anyone else experienced this problem with SIDO batteries or sometihng similar with battery size? I'd like to buy another less expensive battery, but not face the same oversize problem I have had.

Yes, I received a battery that was exactly as you describe and I damaged it removing it from my N800. The batteries I got from

Are correctly sized and seem to me to be better quality than the eBay batteries I bought, though those are still working fine for me.
