I believe so.. what I had was a functional basic reflash on my flash; and was booted into SD when it broke.. so I just booted back into my flash which was working, re-installed penguinbaits boot to sd which erased my SD one... and it works again..

a full reflash should work as well.

qwerty12 pointed out that the services control panel applet seems to get the boot priority of tablet-browser-daemon wrong. it should read S99 in rc2.d, probably reads S20 or something similar...
