No practical help but I have updated my Wayfinder maps under Diablo and am using them with no problems.

If after a clean 'flash' it doesn't work, it'd seem to be a problem with the IT. Disk corruption or damage, maybe?

Greetings Everyone. I wanted to many thanks everyone for the help. I've got a lot to try and will keep everyone posted. I just wanted to say the defining point was the upgrade - things started to break after that. I'm pretty confident its not physically damages since the unit has not been dropped, static discharge etc.

After the Flash, I could not install Skype. By co-incidence, my wireless router went out and that explains my loss of wireless access in the house. I wanted to try to install Skype since I had it working before and it is one from the pick list and am familiar with its functions/features.

I am pretty sure the internal memory card became read-only.

Connect your tablet to a Linux/Windows machine and format it from there.
Do a backup copy if you can....

It should fix it.
