Mine often did this, and I put it down to a rouge plugin on Canola in the end (I think it was the upnp plugin). Mine would go in a loop on the loading screen for about 10 mins, then it would go on normally. Since I've gone without plugins on Canola, I've been problem free.

Am not sure I had Canola plugin.

Just flashed it my tablet using 770 flasher.

It works fine now (for now).

Now I can go and sleep soundly.

Installed OS2008 Feature upgrade 1:4.2008.30-2.

Boots fast now. Will report back if there's any problem.

It sounds like your charger, or battery isn't functioning correctly.

the N800 _should_ state that battery is full. If it isn't something is wrong with the charging (again could be battery or charger).

I hope this helps,

Craig...

I'll try with a new charger. Since I have that handy. Thanks.

Battery will set me back $$ wise. And am not sure will be able to get it here in Malaysia.

Bought my unit from US.

This is clearly not a factual statement.
