Hmm, maybe rather than paying someone to help people package their apps, you should work with Khertan to enhance his Pypackager app to help everyone to package maemo apps. It has fallen behind the times with the introduction of the Autobuilder, and it has never had all of the features that I would like, but it is a really good start... It would need to run on a desktop as well as on the tablet, it would need to expose all the control file fields, and it could even hand-hold through the whole autobuilder process...

Either way, the job isn't just "helping people packaging", it's also going to include work on the repositories, maemo.org and Extras.

I think Khertan abandoned it in favour of his py2deb. I just debianise anything I want to upload now so I don't know about PyPackager...
