Just recently added GAIM to n770 and put some of my existing buddies on the buddy list however they don't show up as online when they are. If I add them while they are online then they show up. My question is how do you delete people on your buddy list? I looked every where but maybe I'm missing something.

Thanks,
Paul

Dont think theres an option to delete a buddy in maemo gaim. Use an AIM client on a computer instead. The buddys list info is stored on AIMS servers so any client should work.

If your buddies are not online or at least are not showing up as online you have to enable that offline buddies are shown.
To do that start gaim, connect to aim/icq.
Go to the Gaim menu - Buddies - Show offline Buddies.
Double tap a buddie as if you wanted to start a conversation with him/her.

Now you have the chat window opened.
Go to the Gaim Conversation menu. Select Conversation - Remove.

And you just removed the buddie from your buddie list.

Fidibus, you have to look for packages with *armel.deb extension, due to the diversity in binaries from IT 2055 and IT2006. BTW, it has not been Nokia related and for this reason packages (probably) will be compatible from IT2006 to (an eventual) IT 2007
