it seems like you lack some repository, check if your /etc/apt/sources.list.d/hildon-application-manager.list seems like this:

If you install the sudser package with the Application Manager and you'll be able to use sudo which gives you access to root owned applications as in "sudo apt-get autoclean".

I wouldn't recommend using extras-devel. you can comment with a # at the beginning of the row in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/hildon-application-manager.list or you can do the same thing using the application-manager's menu.
