Yes and no.
The Calendar supports many "calendars," all color-codable. It can be synced with Google Calendar via Microsoft Exchange Server, but only one calendar is syncable.

Anyway... I know GTD isn't the "only" thing. I was trying to let you know where I was coming from.
Contacts/Calendar should sync with Ovi, but I haven't tried it.
No, there is no "Category" field (afaict). But, there's a Notes field which mighy suffice. Remember, this is for Contacts, not for Calendar.
