Some information on screen protector types is available on the wiki.

I really love the Boxwave Anti-Glare, hopefully they'll have an N900 version out soon.

I made a request as well. Hopefully there will be critical mass soon...

Is the Anti-Glare or Crystal Clear ClearTouch screen protector better for use with this type of phone?

From what I could figure, the screen size of iphone is slighly wider than N900, but thats just me.
I would suggest you wait a bit more as there will be tailored screen protectors in the market once the phone is out, this year or next !
3.5 inch is the diagonal , but screens can be more sqaurer or more rectangular which changes the length and width. Like N97 also has a diagonal size of 3.5 inch but its certainly smaller than the N900 screen which has the same diagonal size.

About the iphone protector, its recommended you use only one to protect your screen of the N900, you dont want to cover the vga camera or the proximity sensor
The iPhone screen protector covers the proximity sensor and it still works just fine...

I prefer the Anti-Glare, personally. Much more usable outdoors and the texture is more of a plasticy paper. It's much less prone to fingerprinting.

I'd say anti-glare, since it'll help hide the finger prints, whereas the crystal clear you'll still see them all over.

It seems quite weird that they say that you can wash them.
