I have yet to receive an email about cancellation.

I had a confirmation of the original purchase, and it's tracking on topcashback..

I'm only slightly worried that if they realise there's a problem with mine in say a weeks time, they may not be as generous when it comes to reapplying the discount, after all, some of them have expired haven't they?

Everyone that has received the order when was it placed online?
I am yet to receive the email so I am sure I am further down the list.

Technically yes, but there's absolutely no reason why they should not honour the discounts you received when you first ordered. Their full intent is to re-create your original order with all original discounts, the TopCashBack problem is, however, beyond their control as the order number changes and farks up all the tracking. They're not being "generous", as such, just "accurate"... or trying to be accurate in any case.

Your order will stay in TopCashBack until the end of the three month validation period after which it will most likely expire. Ordinarily I would *****/whine/moan to Nokia and TopCashBack about their fumbling of the order causing the tracking to fail, but I don't want to draw undue attention to my sneaky 30% discount.

Well I tried whining to TopCashBack, but they say there's nothing they can do. That's a bit off, really. At least I still have my (nearly a) third off.

It's not just "a bit" off, it's really off. In addition to losing the £49 rebate, I also lose the TopCashBack referral fees earned because people bought N900s using my TopCashBack referral link (because TopCashBack only pays out when those people make an eligible purchase, and their purchases have just been made ineligible).
