I just paid $175 for a "like new" on locally w/ an 8gb card. I do not think you overpaid.

I have lost count of how many tablets I have had over the last few years.

This time around, my usage is as follows:

- As a dedicated fantasy football scoreboard at the bar (so I am not one of those laptop weenies)
- Occasional Media Player (video)
- Music Player (I am newly addicted to Last.fm)
- Portable PC (for when I need a decent browser and my Blackberry won't cut it). No more stealing the wife's netbook. This is an all encompassing bullet point since there are so many fun little things to do on this device
- As a more professional older brother to my en route Chumby One

http://chiachatter.blogspot.com/2009...ove-story.html is a blog entry I made a few months back that lists many - but not all, especially since time has passed - of the things I do with my constant companion, N8 . He is never far from my fingertips, and I wear down the battery daily from nearly constant use...although he's not my main computer.

Between my parrots and N8 I'm definitely blessed! I have to say that N8, though, is more useful - lol.
