I'm in. Hold on Credit and Debit cards... no justification, no acknowledgment, Bank called and I authorized.

I want Nokia to pay for the approximently 7 hours I spent dealing with them only to still not have an order number nor any rebate for my time and pain.

Show me where to sign and I will be there.
I spent few hours as well - I can print phone logs where they can see how long I was on hold with Nokia.

Thanks a lot! I am very confident that we can do something about that. The more people sing up the more chances we have.

Same I have a call log which I can pull. The only times I don't have are the first couple days of trying which comes to approximently 2.5 hours of time.

Even one hour spent with Nokia was waisted. That is not acceptable.

They should have discounted the price a considerable amount for putting off the consumers and then with the issue that appears to be arising from this device a little premiture but they should have never went public until they were 100% with everything including delivery!

Oh if it is true that amazon is offering for less than nokia this is not right as well to those that had suffered. I am sure that they will responed with amazon bought mass amounts. Um but what about the misleading sales pitch of the us office with the "free headset" for pre orders two month out and the distress that it caused in delays and denial

That is true.
But just the fact how Nokia damaged customer's debit cards and bank accounts - that is unacceptable.

Well it's very obvious that NokiaUSA doesn't care about the end user. I really hope for good results from this lawsuit because honestly having this many people who pre-ordered getting utterly "shafted" by NokiaUSA is unacceptable. Let's see here how we can screw the end user "Lets change over our entire system before a major release". . . f'ing *****s.
