I followed the instructions on this thread and others about the installation process. However, when I launch Epocrates from Garnet, I get the error message "Invalid user name /password. Please check Epocrates update settings then try again." I do have the correct account information.

My next thought is to "hotsync" the n900 while running garnet via palm desktop but am not too keen on that idea.
If anyone has any suggestions to work around this, would really appreciate it.

Thanks!
Yeah, you have to hotsync. No other way around this unless someone shares their gvm.store file with you.

I'm most partial to using AHFS though since Epocrates is a fluffy turd.

okay, i can't figure out guys, how did you get the files, everytime i am trying to do this, there are two options to download wireless install(which doensn't work since there is no browser agent for PalmOS) and second through cable, but when i install *.exe file it says i don't have drivers on my PC for my PalmOS phone. What should i do now?

Instructions at 1st post remained valid.

Install GVM, get epocrates.prc from web and click it inside gvm, it will ask for user id and password, it then dl from internet the whole thing. I have done this 10 to 20 times, because the dumb gvm expires, N900 screw up, gvm crash what not. I just follow the 1st post, it will install.

You can get the .prc from n900 browser, or you can get it from your desktop browser,... or just PM me see what can I help. No. I will not post the .prc here.

Epocrates is the heaviest use of my n900. Epocrates under nitdroid is even better, much more fancy and elegant... The one on maemo is outdate, still work. But the one on nitdroid is 2011, has ALL the bell and whistle. However, installation remains the same, they ask for your user id and password. Just make up some from the desktop window, test it, working, then go to your n900. Yes, registration is FREE.
