There will be excellent to play NeoGeo games on N900.

Bye all.
The DrNokSNES has been removed permanently from the Repo. So your best bet is to download it and do a local installation on your device. Follow the tutorial above.

the latest version i'm aware of is 1.2.4, and that's exactly the version missingbyte linked to.

where did you get the file you mentioned? if it's a .tar.gz file, it probably contains the source code, which you would have to compile first, and that's not a trivial task for non-developers.

also, according to the last submits for this project, there haven't been that many changes since 1.2.4...

ah yes.
well, this guy compiled it himself from the sources that i linked to, it's not an "official" version...

if you already have that file, it's probably the executable itself. i don't know if it'll run just like that, but you can try:

copy it to /home/user or /opt (anywhere but MyDocs is good, because MyDocs is a VFAT partition and doesn't support the next step that is needed)
Code:
mv /home/user/MyDocs/<drnoksnes_filename> /opt
then make it executable
Code:
cd /opt
chmod +x <drnoksnes_filename>
then you can (or cannot, as i said i have no idea if it'll work) run it using "/opt/<drnoksnes_filename>"
