CS works in Ubuntu under Wine, but Wine does not emulate CPU - only translates windows api calls to a linux ones, which is fast compared to CPU emu. You can probably launch CS on some emulator, but it won't be playable.
Besides how are you going to actually play it? Plug a mouse and keyboard to your phone?
There should be logic/arcade/turn based strategy games on a mobile, quests even... not fps,rts or anything fast paced

that's the sad thing about maemo... so few ported games... it would really b great to have nyc games for those boring times, meetings...etc.. CS would b gr8..
