But then there shouldn't be any empty spaces if there are no entries within the next 2 weeks. Otherwise, the calendar widget takes more space on the desktop than it requires.
I really think that we should have a setting that would allow users to adjust the time period for which to show entries in the calendar widget.

have to agree with that - would like to see out further than 2 weeks myself. On the plus side I do notice that tasks now show up on the widget.

You're right. I just realized this myself However, I really see no difference between setting up a memo or a task - either way the point is to be reminded of something.

Today is Friday. I have a birthday next Friday which is shown twice. One from the calendar and one smart from the contact. This is ok for me.
Also i have a 3 Day Event starting friday in 2 weeks which lasts till sunday. Shouldn't it show that by now to?

I also agree that it would be nice to also fill the widget even if there are not enough events in the next 2 weeks.

my problem:

-some entries (manually not sync) are not showing up in the widget like for e.g : 1.2, 2.3 it would skip 5.3 but show 8.5 instead

- synced birthday dates frm skype are shown twice on the same day..cant be deleted because snced from skype!
