Hmmm... Ok. I guess I will have to spend some time on packaging the application in that case.

LordVan (that wrote a previous message in that thread) told me that he is able to run the application so I assumed that it would have worked for everybody who have already installed the previous version of toMOTko. My assumption was obviously wrong. I will try to release a version in Extras-Devel next week.

BTW, are you using PR1.1?

I found on another site: "Short story: Add Maemo’s “extras-devel” repository and type “fakeroot (I should use sudo on N900, right?) apt-get install libqt4-maemo5-dev”. Qt will be installed to “/opt/qt4-maemo5″."

Yet for some reason, I can't install libqt4-maemo5.dev. There are uninstallable dependencies: libgles2-sgx-img-dev, opengles-sgx-img-common-dev, and libsqlite3-dev

I am using PR1.1.1 V3.2010.02.8.

I have never installed any dev tools or QT.

Hmmmm... That's annoying. Maybe someone will come up with a solution for this. I'm sure we will eventually find a way. It's just a question of time.

I did the following:

sudo apt-get install libqt4-maemo5-maemo5

Note that once the QT 4.6 is finalized it will be included in the maemo itself. For now, we need to install it separately.

Have you implemented customizing keyboard accelerators in the Preference window as you did on Zaurus and N800? I can't find it. Are there any preset accelerators (for correct answer, wrong answer, show, etc.)? I always chose my own.

Is it possible to do a sub-menu in the Preference dialog for Languages of Interest because right now it takes so much space? Note that the Bulgarian language is not "Bulgar".

The screenshot for the Revealing Sequences in Preference dialog should be from N900 (not from Zaurus as it is now) because it would confuse people. Let me know if you want me to make some screenshots.

When I choose "hide buttons" in Preferences, nothing happens in the quiz window.

I don't think there is a need for ellipses in the name of menus (e.g., Preferences..., About..., Help..., Import..., Export... should be without "..." at the end)

The "delete"-cross icon (and to the lesser degree some other icons -- Edit, Trash can) in the Glossary Manager has some extra white pixels around it that look bad on the black background.

Well, I installed the new file alongside the old, in all subfolders I could find it in, tried to activate the program, no joy.

Then I renamed the new file and deleted the old, tried to activate the file, no action.

I tried the CH command, but it said it couldn't find any such file, but by that point it was randomly restarting repeatedly, so I went back in with SCP, reverted to the old files.

Then my machine got frozen, so I removed the battery, restared it, and uninstalled the program.

Given my utter incompetency, I may just wait for it to come back into testing
