use the emulator source, expect confiqure it to stop emulating arm processors because the n900 already has one.

Some people learn this as they go along, some from books others through formal education, some as extra activities etc...

Usually it's a mix of everything.

But as a starter like me who wants to learn and never did anything with linux where do i start?

By the way. i saw some options of these emulators with opengl and stuff.

There must be a good chance that it can be directly ported isn't there? with a same type of CPU in the n900 and also opengl support.

Just tested desmume it runs the newest roms and even has a better video output. so the source should be an excelent foundation for the build of a n900 version

It's OpenGL|ES which isn't the same as OpenGL

how do you play ds-games on a single-screen-device?
or does it show both screens next to each other?

indeed! it will be shown like this

only problem are the hardware keys.

In portrait mode would be quit nice on the n900 maybe buttons on top or below the game screens

hey man, am i missing something here ?
did you directly use a deb file to install ?
or did you build it in scratchbox, because im trying but the antigrain library is missing from the package and im guessing id have to port that first.

Is it possible to show a pic of it running on the n900 ?

and to the dude thats new to this, can you do my a level biology exam next week for me ?
while i continue to work on this and not revise :P
