You don't want to hit this rare-to-use function easily and capture screenshot all the time which does slow down the phone when it's encoding and writing the shot

what about using the video out on the Nokia to an AV input on your PC, and using recording software on there? I use this methood, and it gives great results, and doesnt slow your phone down

PC only have VGA , DVI or HDMI ports on video card. So do I connect Nokia TV out cable with PC?

Yes, you need a video capture card/device. Not a video card. The former is for video input, the latter is for video output.

If you don't have a dedicated card or device for this, some good handheld video recorders can record PAL and/or NTSC input. Then you can download it to a PC via USB or Firewire. I have an old Canon that does this very well.
