okay i got to the last part where i have to enter "1.Hold the u key on the keyboard and connect the USB cable at the same time (details on the wiki)
2.Run the following command:
flasher-3.5.exe -F RX-51_2009SE_2.2009.51-1_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM.bin -f -RReplace RX-51_2009SE_2.2009.51-1_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM.bin with the firmware you wish to update.

The update will take approximately 4 minutes after which the N900 will reboot and display the Welcome Screen with Regional settings.

but after that still nothing happens the device reamins in flash mode and i dont see any status bar.
ive attached a screen shot. please take a look.

The (rather unhelpful) error message you've got there usually indicates that the .bin file you specified is not in the current directory. Make sure that you're specifying the correct file and that it's in the directory you're running flasher from.
